Development Process
The project was developed using the Scrum Agile methodology, which facilitated focused and iterative progress through defined sprints. Each sprint spanned two weeks, allowing for continuous feedback and improvement.
The product requirements planning phase spanned two weeks of collaborative efforts with the product client, ensuring precise alignment in requirements and a clear understanding of the final outcome. Given the impending launch deadlines, which were crucial to the business's success, we decided to implement the product in multiple iterations. This approach aimed at delivering high-priority functionalities swiftly. The first version of the product was successfully released after four sprints, within just two months.

The team composition for delivering this project consisted of 4 employees, namely:
- Frontend Developer: Crafted a user-friendly and interactive UI.
- Backend Developer: Ensured seamless data processing and system integration.
- QA Specialist: Maintained high-quality standards through rigorous testing.
- Project Manager: Coordinated team efforts and ensured timely delivery.
User Experience
During the Discovery phase, the user interface was meticulously designed with a focus on ease of use and intuitive navigation. For the admin panel, key aspects included transparent analytics for tracking business success metrics, a convenient system for quick import, management and configuration of NFC cards, package and tariff plan management, as well as interaction and management of existing product users.
The client portal was streamlined to avoid additional registrations or lengthy account creation processes—authorization was as simple as scanning the purchased card, thereby activating it. To ensure transparency, a client dashboard was implemented, allowing users to track card usage activity and the effectiveness of their actions.
Challenges and Solutions
- Seamless integration of barcode scanning functionality, linking each unique barcode with an NFC chip in just a few clicks through the admin panel.
- Development of an algorithm to determine users' achievement of end goals on external platforms (such as Google Maps, Yelp, etc.) following chip scanning.
- Optimization of camera performance across various devices via web browsers to enable clients to activate their NFC cards.
- Implementation of customized, advanced analytics in the admin panel tailored to specific business processes.
- Ensuring cross-platform compatibility of the client dashboard for user-friendly system access.
Future Plans
Looking ahead, there are plans to introduce more customization options within the admin panel, expand integration capabilities, and further optimize the system for scalability. Continuous updates and enhancements are planned to keep the product aligned with evolving market needs and technological advancements.
